For me it's all about TASTE as after 42 years of smoking everyday all day(no hate vibes please) I do not get stoned on anything , , , ANYTHING. I grow and smoke Fruity Juice. I didn't know that was its name, but have had a person from BC tell me that was what it is. On its own, the smoke is fantastic. It has an old world Thai taste, the kind that was in the sticks back in the early 80's, late 70's. Then you get the blast from the Afghani plow through on the exhale. I've crossed the FJuice with all the above mentioned Sub strains in the hope that in there somewhere will be an F-1 ass KICKER. At the same time i'm working with DJ's F-13, True Blue Berry. Both are outside too and kicking ass in the hot sun. And to finish this off I'm slamming home with SoCal DNA's genetics , , , Kandy Kush, Lemon Skunk, R.K.S, LA Confidential,
to name just afew. For the record, I was gifted all these beans from the breeders , , that's right for free! Well, that isn't the truth, I do not know Subby, even thou he and i are the same age, but i have a tad more time in the fields of dreams, instead of the grow room. People need to talk more about the SMOKE produced, not just the growing of these genetics. I'm so looking forward to smoking these so much talked about strains , , then i'll post some smoking reports like Sub does when he reports on sampling others genetics. We've renamed the JFruit "Buddha Balls" as at the time I didn't have a clue what it really was.

I just dumped the idiots post,
hes spend to much time in his fields apparantly that he hasnt seen the hundreds of finished smoke reports or been into Harborside, Oaksterdam, Organnican all that have finished buds and there is the guy who won the cup from my seed :)

Yea i'll tell yea what. I've spent the last week puffing only Jillybean. And I'll be honest.. not every seed was a keeper. ALL of them are tasty as hell. Just that some had more kick then others. When you hear about how tasty Sub's shit is there is no exaggeration at all. But our #3 is by far some of the tastiest shit ever!!! Delicious Candy yummyness!!!!! And so for cracking 10 beans and getting one Awesome ass keeper I say hell yea!!! Not bad ... if you've spent any amount of time in the "Fields" then you'd know that those really are not bad odds.

You hit the nail on the head. When I first started growing, all I was looking for was taste and potency. I went through many a pack of seeds from various breeders and I would find a tastey plant here and there but not as consistant as Sub's strains. The frst time I tried Subs work I was hooked. The flavors are so pronounced and more comon amongst his seeds than most other breeders. I love some TGA!

I have a very apollo looking vortex F2 in the garden that I thought was a 'terminatrix'(apollo 13 pheno)...she's just started showing, and already reeks of -grapefruit! that's one of my all time fav' flavors!..so she's got the apollo looks with her grandmother's(grapefruit cinderella99) flavor...t.g.a. genetics shuts haters up in santa cruz county...I've seen a LOT of 'backpedalling' by the same sort of sociopaths trash talking Subcool and t.g.a. here. the ganja speaks a lot louder than I do. and t.g.a. genetics have put me at least 2 moves ahead of the pack. I do not intend to lose my lead; so I use vortex and tinybomb(now offspring)pollen on other strains that taste great, but need serious firepower. I also cross with landrace sativas, and o.g./chemdawg to make ridiculously potent hybrids...don't believe me? it aint like I got a patent! try it yourselves...but don't go runnin' 'yer 45 years as the world's greatest "connoisseur"(PUH_LEASE!!!!)...that's like all these "local californian" growers who've been growing the same ratshit year after year- only to be blown outta' the water by a midwestern hayseed!-..on his third year of official growing....I'm a beginner(and always will be). that means: open to a better way. "experts" are too full for updated knowledge; and are inevitably left behind
