Nice! I'm planning on experimenting with/doing some bud washing this year myself. From what I've read, people have used (in various combinations) h202, lemon juice, baking soda, plain water, warm water, multiple washes and rinses for what seems like positive results.If you don't think you should please see attached.
Half filled a cooler with 1 cup of lemon juice and 1 cup of baking soda. Then you dip in another cooler or whatever with just fresh water. (Both pictures are the lemon and baking soda)
Never mind the hair, ash, flying insects, bird shit- whatever the hell that oily shit on the top in the one picture is makes me glad enough its not going in mine or the wife's lungs.
One guy was swearing by warm water. It seems that warm water would be more effective at lifting the dirt, and it would help it dry off faster if it was the last step used.
I'm thinking it might be best to just use all of the above. Warm water, lemon juice, baking soda, and h202 wash. Warm water rinse. But I will play with various combinations. More research and tests are needed on my part
