Dish soap in the water is a very good thing but I would not use Dawn, better to use a biodegradable soap like Ivory or PalmoliveDish sope in the water? Hard to believe this won't hurt the plant...
very true you need that run off. out with the old in with the new. gud adviceDish soap in the water is a very good thing but I would not use Dawn, better to use a biodegradable soap like Ivory or Palmolive
My method of flushing every watering is more like hydro than watering every day IMO watering everyday without run off will cause salt buildups and possible related problems watering this way should include at least a monthly flush to prevent this
Dish soap works as a "surfactant" which allows water (which may not penetrate hard compact soils) to seep into the soil. It acts as a soil conditioner to eliminate air pockets formed when soil is allowed to dry out to muchI wouldnt put dish soap in my water lol. I flush every watering. 1 gallon to 3 gallon pots. only when the plants are sucked up
lol..... thats good.. add some worms if you can, would be amazing for your soil. but yeah id keep watering till you see run off, and it depends on how fast the plant soaks up the water to water it again, learn your plants needsjust don't be a idiot and stab the soil like it owes u money...
