The BCCI Scandal: The Bank of Credit and Commerce International (BCCI) was a major international bank founded in 1972 by Agha Hasan Abedi, a Pakistani financier. The Bank was registered in Luxembourg. Within a decade BCCI touched its peak, it operated in 78 countries, had over 400 branches, and had assets in excess of US$ 20 billion making it the 7th largest private bank in the world by assets. In the late 1980's BCCI became the target of a two year undercover operation conducted by the US Customs Service. This operation concluded with a fake wedding that was attended by BCCI officers and drug dealers from around the world who had established a personal friendship and working relationship with undercover Special Agent Robert Mazur. After a six month trial in Tampa, key bank officers were convicted and received lengthy prison sentences. Bank officers began cooperating with law enforcement authorities and that cooperation caused BCCI’s many crimes to be revealed. BCCI came under the scrutiny of regulatory bodies and intelligence agencies in the 1980s due to its perceived avoidance of falling under one regulatory banking authority, a fact that was later, after extensive investigations, proven to be false. BCCI became the focus of a massive regulatory battle in 1991 and was described as a "$20-billion-plus heist". Investigators in the U.S. and the UK revealed that BCCI had been "set up deliberately to avoid centralized regulatory review, and operated extensively in bank secrecy jurisdictions. Its affairs were extraordinarily complex. Its officers were sophisticated international bankers whose apparent objective was to keep their affairs secret, to commit fraud on a massive scale, and to avoid detection."

In August 1996 the San Jose Mercury News published Webb's "Dark Alliance", a 20,000 word, three-part investigative series which alleged that Nicaraguan drug traffickers had sold and distributed crack cocaine in Los Angeles during the 1980s, and that drug profits were used to fund the CIA-supported Nicaraguan Contras. Webb never asserted that the CIA directly aided drug dealers to raise money for the Contras, but he did document that the CIA was aware of the cocaine transactions and the large shipments of cocaine into the U.S. by the Contra personnel. "Dark Alliance" received national attention. At the height of the interest, the web version of it on San Jose Mercury News website received 1.3 million hits a day. According to the Columbia Journalism Review, the series became "the most talked-about piece of journalism in 1996 and arguably the most famous—some would say infamous—set of articles of the decade."

The public relations firm Hill & Knowlton, which was in the employ of Citizens for a Free Kuwait, had arranged the testimony.It turned out that she had taken acting lessons on request of the CIA and was actually the niece of a major politician in Kuwait.Nayirah was later disclosed to be Nayirah al-Sabah, daughter of Saud bin Nasir Al-Sabah, Kuwaiti ambassador to the USA.The Congressional Human Rights Caucus, of which Congressman Tom Lantos was co-chairman, had been responsible for hosting Nurse Nayirah, and thereby popularizing her allegations. When the girl's account was later challenged by independent human rights monitors, Lantos replied, "The notion that any of the witnesses brought to the caucus through the Kuwaiti Embassy would not be credible did not cross my mind... I have no basis for assuming that her story is not true, but the point goes beyond that. If one hypothesizes that the woman's story is fictitious from A to Z, that in no way diminishes the avalanche of human rights violations." Nevertheless, the senior Republican on the Human Rights Caucus, John Edward Porter, responded to the revelations "by saying that if he had known the girl was the ambassador's daughter, he would not have allowed her to testify."

The Tuskegee Syphilis Study: The United States Public Health Service carried out this clinical study on 400 poor, African-American men with syphilis from 1932 to 1972. During the study the men were given false and sometimes dangerous treatments, and adequate treatment was intentionally withheld so the agency could learn more about the disease. While the study was initially supposed to last just six months, it continued for 40 years. Close to 200 of the men died from syphilis or related complications by the end of the study.

OPERATION NORTHWOODS

In response to a request for pretexts for military intervention by the Chief of Operations of the Cuba Project, Brig. Gen. Edward Lansdale, the document listed methods, and outlined plans, that the authors believed would garner public and international support for U.S. military intervention in Cuba. These were to be staged attacks purported to be of Cuban origin.

1. Since it would seem desirable to use legitimate provocation as the basis for US military intervention in Cuba a cover and deception plan, to include requisite preliminary actions such as has been developed in response to Task 33 c, could be executed as an initial effort to provoke Cuban reactions. Harassment plus deceptive actions to convince the Cubans of imminent invasion would be emphasized. Our military posture throughout execution of the plan will allow a rapid change from exercise to intervention if Cuban response justifies.
2. A series of well coordinated incidents will be planned to take place in and around Guantanamo to give genuine appearance of being done by hostile Cuban forces. a. Incidents to establish a credible attack (not in chronological order):
   1. Start rumors (many). Use clandestine radio.
   2. Land friendly Cubans in uniform "over-the-fence" to stage attack on base.
   3. Capture Cuban (friendly) saboteurs inside the base.
   4. Start riots near the base main gate (friendly Cubans).[13]
   5. Blow up ammunition inside the base; start fires.
   6. Burn aircraft on air base (sabotage).
   7. Lob mortar shells from outside of base into base. Some damage to installations.
   8. Capture assault teams approaching from the sea or vicinity of Guantanamo City.
   9. Capture militia group which storms the base.
   10. Sabotage ship in harbor; large fires—napthalene.
   11. Sink ship near harbor entrance. Conduct funerals for mock-victims (may be in lieu of (10)).
   b. United States would respond by executing offensive operations to secure water and power supplies, destroying artillery and mortar emplacements which threaten the base.c. Commence large scale United States military operations.
3. A "Remember the Maine" incident could be arranged in several forms: a. We could blow up a US ship in Guantanamo Bay and blame Cuba.b. We could blow up a drone (unmanned) vessel anywhere in the Cuban waters. We could arrange to cause such incident in the vicinity of Havana or Santiago as a spectacular result of Cuban attack from the air or sea, or both. The presence of Cuban planes or ships merely investigating the intent of the vessel could be fairly compelling evidence that the ship was taken under attack. The nearness to Havana or Santiago would add credibility especially to those people that might have heard the blast or have seen the fire. The US could follow up with an air/sea rescue operation covered by US fighters to "evacuate" remaining members of the non-existent crew. Casualty lists in US newspapers would cause a helpful wave of national indignation.
4. We could develop a Communist Cuban terror campaign in the Miami area, in other Florida cities and even in Washington.[14]
   The terror campaign could be pointed at refugees seeking haven in the United States. We could sink a boatload of Cubans en route to Florida (real or simulated). We could foster attempts on lives of Cuban refugees in the United States even to the extent of wounding in instances to be widely publicized. Exploding a few plastic bombs in carefully chosen spots, the arrest of Cuban agents and the release of prepared documents substantiating Cuban involvement, also would be helpful in projecting the idea of an irresponsible government.
5. A "Cuban-based, Castro-supported" filibuster could be simulated against a neighboring Caribbean nation (in the vein of the 14th of June invasion of the Dominican Republic). We know that Castro is backing subversive efforts clandestinely against Haiti, Dominican Republic, Guatemala, and Nicaragua at present and possible others. These efforts can be magnified and additional ones contrived for exposure. For example, advantage can be taken of the sensitivity of the Dominican Air Force to intrusions within their national air space. "Cuban" B-26 or C-46 type aircraft could make cane-burning raids at night. Soviet Bloc incendiaries could be found. This could be coupled with "Cuban" messages to the Communist underground in the Dominican Republic and "Cuban" shipments of arm which would be found, or intercepted, on the beach.
6. Use of MIG type aircraft by US pilots could provide additional provocation. Harassment of civil air, attacks on surface shipping and destruction of US military drone aircraft by MIG type planes would be useful as complementary actions. An F-86 properly painted would convince air passengers that they saw a Cuban MIG, especially if the pilot of the transport were to announce such fact. The primary drawback to this suggestion appears to be the security risk inherent in obtaining or modifying an aircraft. However, reasonable copies of the MIG could be produced from US resources in about three months.[15]
7. Hijacking attempts against civil air and surface craft should appear to continue as harassing measures condoned by the government of Cuba. Concurrently, genuine defections of Cuban civil and military air and surface craft should be encouraged.
8. It is possible to create an incident which will demonstrate convincingly that a Cuban aircraft has attacked and shot down a chartered civil airliner en route from the United States to Jamaica, Guatemala, Panama or Venezuela. The destination would be chosen only to cause the flight plan route to cross Cuba. The passengers could be a group of college students off on a holiday or any grouping of persons with a common interest to support chartering a non-scheduled flight. a. An aircraft at Eglin AFB would be painted and numbered as an exact duplicate for a civil registered aircraft belonging to a CIA proprietary organization in the Miami area. At a designated time the duplicate would be substituted for the actual civil aircraft and would be loaded with the selected passengers, all boarded under carefully prepared aliases. The actual registered aircraft would be converted to a drone.b. Take off times of the drone aircraft and the actual aircraft will be scheduled to allow a rendezvous south of Florida. From the rendezvous point the passenger-carrying aircraft will descend to minimum altitude and go directly into an auxiliary field at Eglin AFB where arrangements will have been made to evacuate the passengers and return the aircraft to its original status. The drone aircraft meanwhile will continue to fly the filed flight plan. When over Cuba the drone will begin transmitting on the international distress frequency a "MAY DAY" message stating he is under attack by Cuban MIG aircraft. The transmission will be interrupted by destruction of the aircraft which will be triggered by radio signal. This will allow ICAO radio[16] stations in the Western Hemisphere to tell the US what has happened to the aircraft instead of the US trying to "sell" the incident.
9. It is possible to create an incident which will make it appear that Communist Cuban MIGs have destroyed a USAF aircraft over international waters in an unprovoked attack. a. Approximately 4 or 5 F-101 aircraft will be dispatched in trail from Homestead AFB, Florida, to the vicinity of Cuba. Their mission will be to reverse course and simulate fakir aircraft for an air defense exercise in southern Florida. These aircraft would conduct variations of these flights at frequent Intervals. Crews would be briefed to remain at least 12 miles off the Cuban coast; however, they would be required to carry live ammunition in the event that hostile actions were taken by the Cuban MIGs.b. On one such flight, a pre-briefed pilot would fly tail-end Charley at considerable interval between aircraft. While near the Cuban Island this pilot would broadcast that he had been jumped by MIGs and was going down. No other calls would be made. The pilot would then fly directly west at extremely low altitude and land at a secure base, an Eglin auxiliary. The aircraft would be met by the proper people, quickly stored and given a new tail number. The pilot who had performed the mission under an alias, would resume his proper identity and return to his normal place of business. The pilot and aircraft would then have disappeared.c. At precisely the same time that the aircraft was presumably shot down, a submarine or small surface craft would disburse F-101 parts, parachute, etc., at approximately 15 to 20 miles off the Cuban coast and depart. The pilots returning to Homestead would have a true story as far as they knew. Search ships and aircraft could be dispatched and parts of aircraft found.

"Sheeple" out there, but you will find most the people on this board are not of the belief that the government does not do some pretty wicked shit to us the people.

All those things are legit, wrong, and some down right evil. And our government did do them, the Tuskegee is one of the most racist and horrific events in our entire history, and it is sick that our government did it. That little blurb doesn't even touch on the fact they let the syphilis infected people to go home and they passed it to wives and children and they kept them from getting the simple injections that would have rid the virus. But with happening for over 30 years there is only so much you can cover in a paragraph.

But things like the Fed being some mechanism of evil, or that somehow banks forced us to bury ourselves in debt, or that even though we have the lowest taxes in our memories they are somehow taking more from us. Not to mention communist plots of Obama to take over the US, Birth Certificates, 9/11 being a government plot.

See the issue I have with the stuff that gets written is that most the time it is that it clouds what is actually happening. Like the Attorney General that got fired for not dropping the Sacramento mayor investigation. That is a real legit issue, but it got crowded out by Birth certificate nonsense and tea party crazies, and Obama wanting to take everyones guns (when he has infact expanded gun rights more than any of the last 5 presidents).

You may call us sheeple, and sometimes I am sure that we are. But if you stick to shit that is actually supported by more than half quotes taken out of context, loose connections to people with quotes about weird shit they believed in college (when everyone is learning about new viewpoints), and outright lies, we will not have anything to be able to counter you with, and you will win.

But instead we have to look at posts made about things that most of you did not think of, and are just cut and paste jobs from the favorite blog of the day. And the people that post them believe that they are somehow pure gold and cannot possibly be wrong, because they are backed up by some other blog post/article that uses the tactics I listed above. And when we dig a little more and find the full quote and post it, it does nothing to sway the opinion of the person who wrote it, because their mind already made it true, and they never bothered to fact check their own shit.

And the reason I know this, is because I was guilty of it. I used to swallow this shit hook line and sinker about Bush, and it was mostly all garbage too. So much that at this point I am not sure what he did that may have actually hurt us, and what he did that actually helped us without factchecking his entire presidency.

He would also accept a deal made by the White House/P.Zelikow which limited the Commissions access to White House documents. Documents concerning the advance warnings of a terror attack.

Lee Hamilton, Kean's Vice-chair who had a spot on the Iran/Contra committee. Who had the chance but decided not to indict Reagan/Bush even though a wealth of evidence
was produced to verify that they had both authorized illegally obtained weapons be shipped to Iran.

Bush and Cheney would also speak with the Commission. But ONLY if they were together and no notes were taken and they could moderate the question's....


And then there is the fact that it took dozens of people (9/11 victim's family members(FamilySteeringCommitee)) to MAKE the Bush Administration finally start up the 9/11 Commission. And a year later after months of lobbying from the FSC the BushAdmin. would decide not to object to a independent investigation any longer and setup 'n structure an exact opposite commission.. WTF!?

And once they did start an investigation a couple of the comssioners who were to take up the duty of reviewing the limited evidence said they wanted nothing to do with another Warren commision. Max Cleland stated "Im not going to be part of looking at information partially.. to be part of political pressure to do this or that."

He said that the small conspiracies, like 9/11, are overshadowing the real NWO and banking conspiracies for certain people, in his words "morons". And I agree, some people think all the small conspiracies are not related. I believe it all ties together, NWO, illuminati, nazi's, federal reserve, 9/11, drug prohibition, UN, ect. ect.

The idea for the left-right political spectrum was devised by an economist as a way to adapt divide and conquer. It creates that image that Bill Hicks so eloquently described, "I like the puppet on the left. Well I think the puppet on the right is more to my liking. Wait one guy is holding both puppets!"

Also "round table conventions" are a way to get compartments of an organization together, and get them to unwittingly change their views on a subject. Literally being brainwashed from the inside out.

And now that we have established that you are way to high to be debating. I will move on to the 9/11 and NWO and shadow goverment theories.
If in fact 9/11 is even remotely a conspiracy it is the most vile of all and could only be perpetrated by a shadow gov't ran by the perpetrators of NWO.
How can anyone could 9/11 a small conspiracy is far beyond any reasonable logic. REALLY!!!!!!

The 9/11 conspiarcy theory is something I am very concerned with. I don't know if it is a conspiracy or not but there are so many aspects of it that make me wonder. There are so many compelling aspects such as 1,000's of engineers and my own eyes that say these buildings could not have all fallen so perfectly. The perfectly sheared pillars, the missing plane parts at the pentagon, the stand down orders from the DoD,etc,etc,etc.
