For iron, it's the upper range (1-5ppm) of the Hoagland solution. I've found that under high intensity lighting, plants can use a higher concentration of iron than used in most formulas so I've been using 5ppm.

The 2ppm Mn was an experiment. I don't think it made a difference, but I lowered it back to 0.7ppm and kept boron at 0.7ppm in mix #18. N (NO3) was boosted to about 170ppm from 150ppm, and P reduced to 50ppm, and K reduced to 200ppm..

From my experience, as long as you have all the essential elements, it's hard to fail, even with bad ratios. For example, as long as P is between 30-60ppm, you're within the sane limits of P. Under 30ppm and growth will be bottlenecked. Over 60ppm and you're pushing toxic levels of P.
