yeah but i think that plant just wants to finish and die as op says he feeds tap with chlorine in it. other possibilities may be low night temps that fucks with nutrient uptake, bad ph etc. but who is ever heard of a chlorine def? thats what the chart points to. so the culprit is not chlorine def for sure its probably something to do with the rootzone or senescence either way i wouldn’t try to correct anything at this stage.
