You're dispensing bad information. Gorilla tents cost what they do because of the quality. There is no tent currently available that is as good as a Gorilla at even half the price, let alone a quarter of the price as you're suggesting.thats the thing there isn't any lack of quality and for 100 dollars for what costs 400 for gorilla
Wow.i never tried the gorilla but never had issues with the xenlux.. do what feels right though. happy growing![]()
He said he wanted the best and money isn't an issue.well when you are talking 'needs' vs. 'looks' both are cars.. the question for the vehicle would have been what brand car to get to work? thats like saying the camaro wouldn't work some people say so you feel more comfortable buying the lambo. why would i buy a lambo to get to work when i have a much more cost effective way that works well? each to their own though i don't go buy the most expensive thing just to rule out personal experience
He said he wanted the best and money isn't an issue.
Now, if he was shopping cars with these parameters, would you seriously suggest a Camaro over any 100K plus super car?
Then it wouldn't be a quarter of the price, and the whole hypothetical falls apart.if it was a Camaro with a hundred k in it, absolutely I would lol in a heartbeat
yeah but you'd have a sick fuckin Camaro lol. Your hair is amazing btwThen it wouldn't be a quarter of the price, and the whole hypothetical falls apart.

To the op: Gorilla or Secret Jardin. I just recently picked up my first Gorilla. It's really nice, but I can't speak for longevity, as i got it within the past 6 months. My oldest Secret Jardin is at least 5 years old, and the zippers still work like brand new.
I've got 4 of them. My newest is around 2 years old. Every single one has zippers that still work like new.mine secret jardin zips stopped working after 1year..
Ipower has the best quality tents per dollar imo at less than $80 bucks.(I own 2)I'm more interested in the quality than price, honestly. After getting more information I've decided to go with gorilla.
Thank you.

I have an Apollo. The zipper is fucking horrible on it. It's been downgraded to a drying tent.False information
Downgraded to a drying tent...fucking hilariousI have an Apollo. The zipper is fucking horrible on it. It's been downgraded to a drying tent.
Minor pinhole light leaks around the zippers is an over hyped issue. As long as the leaks are there from the beginning, the plants are acclimated to it. It's when leaks they aren't accustomed to happen after they are already into flowering that causes issues. It takes a certain intensity of light, over a set period of time to interrupt flowering. If the light leaks are that bad, the tents probably falling apart.
It's why outdoor plants don't go all screwy because of the moon, or street lights that have always been around, they are acclimated to it.
Most major light leaks are around vents, and ports that have wiring/ plumbing/ etc. running through them.
