First make sure those cups have drain holes and that they're getting the right amount of water - for the stage yours are at I'll usually give them a good soak to fully saturate the soil, then wait until they're dry/light weight to water again.

I agree with above they do look hungry. If you're sure they're not being overwatered/soil staying too wet, you could also try feeding a bit - something like this at like 1 tsp per quart would work and is available at most local hardware stores/plant nurseries: https://alaskafishfertilizer.com/

Good luck! The seedling stage is always the most annoying IMO. Once you get past that and into a bigger pot it'll be less stressful...

is that coco n pearlite? if so, you need to feed them every watering. but b 4 you start pouring food into them. please confirm that it is coco and not say fox farm ocean forrest or something

Could be hungry or overfed. Fox farm can be pretty hot for sprouts. You shouldn’t be adding any additional nutes yet. Avoid the FF liquid fertilizers. Have they been part of your routine? Roots should not be getting any light at all. Try a dark cup. I see the cup within a cup, but still, looks like light is getting through and it shouldn’t. Add perlite to soil before planting. What is your water source? Give as much info out your process as you can. Do you let the soil pretty much dry out between waterings? Have you transplanted out of the cups? They provide very limited space and nutes. Just some thoughts. Good luck.

I would stop phing the water as well, that’s serving no real purpose here..

seedlings shouldn’t be that hard. Honestly a “nursery” style pot manufactured for plants is a good start, no need to watch the roots with homemade double cups made for drinking water, that’s serving might hurt some people but honestly I’ve seen it 100 times, “o yeah I out drain holes in!” But that actually are just stabbed a few times with scissors

Good soil, 75-80 degrees and lots of light, little bit of water.

This^^^^ I too used solo cups when I started growing, but find seedling cells and 3-4" square plastic pots much easier and less fiddly. They require no modification and there's no question that the drain holes are an appropriate size...
