What do I do with the germinated seed?

Hi! Im an outdoor grower. My seed is germinated under paper towels buts its getting dark outside but I dont want to wait until tomorrow because I think Its gona be too long to plant it! What do I do know? Should I put it in a container so It doesnt sprout any longer or should I plant it and put it in the dark?

I'd go ahead and plant it. But you could wait untill tommorow just keep it damp untill you plant it.
