what happens when you die?

it's the question we all have in the back of our mind, but never want to address.

the bible was written by man, and and written because of man's greatest fear...death. so to compensate for that, man came up with a great solution, wrote a book giving a solution...when we die we go to a wonderful place, never ending good things, 70 virgins, whatever...

when your brain can no longer think, when all activity in your biological being is no more, you are not going to heaven, you are not going to hell, you just cease to exist.

every living being that has the intelligence to contemplate their existence has a "soul". if your one soul is gone you will be reborn into another.

how deep it that thought?

nobody has it figured out, that is my point

what do you think will happen when you die?

what will happen to you?

thought proving isn't it, and isn't that why I posted this?

think about it, everyone that has taken a breath will take a final one, everyone.

if you are reading this you will die, no questions, no two ways about it.

my "point" is for you to contemplate the inevitable

Personally I think that when we die, that's it. Still, I hope that there is something else out there. I mean, who wants death to be the end??

I used to think "nothing at all. We die; we're dead."

But someone whose wisdom I have come to trust has challenged the smugness of my belief.

There is this fiery place with brimstone that will damn you for all eternity if you do not accept lord jesus christ the healing wizard as your savior.

psychedelic experiences have led me to believe there is much more to our existence than we will ever be able to fathom. i find it absurd for someone to think we simply cease to exist once we die. i don't know if heaven or hell is real, but it sure doesn't seem like such a far-fetched possibility to me.

If you pay off the pope in bitcoins you descend to a gated rich community with free courvoisier, cocaine and a waterpark.

It's called "the great unknown" because that's exactly what it is. Someday we will all find out. That is certain.

this is the one question we ALL think about but are too afraid to address. ask anyone, what are you most afraid of. the real truth, "what happens when i die"

I think few questions rival this vastly deep, infinitely thought provoking question. Honestly, Just knowing I will not be bound to this ugliness around us all forever, makes me think it's not such a bad thing. Nothing "sucked" before our souls creation i assume, so im sure we sort of go out, in the same way. I think if we could actually study a "soul" we someday maybe able to answer this question.

You become dead meat just like any cow hanging with it's throat cut in a slaughter house. You will then spend the next several years being eaten by bugs and micro organisms. Unless you choose cremation. I think maybe feeding the bugs is a nicer thing to do for the planet. weird when you think about it. You die, then a bug takes energy from you and then maybe a bird takes energy from the bug, then a cat takes energy from the bird etc etc. Your energy constantly being passed from one thing to another for eternity.
