Seriously, Wyoming has yet to break 600,000 population. If they'd rather have the popular vote then it's probably to everyone's advantage.

Having looked it up recently, my own state of Colorado is more or less equally represented either way due to our midpack position in state population rankings.

plus, they get two senators for their 500,000 or so residents. california gets the same say for their 40 million residents.

wyoming has 80 to 1 power over california in the most crucial chamber of congress.

why do such tiny, whiter, less productive states get so much more power than the large, diverse, multicultural blue states which produce most of america's GDP?

Most of the hands I work with didn't support HRC. Leadership recognized this albeit too late.
