What is the main reason why most ppl grow indica instead of sativa?

Indica flowers in 8 -9 weeks most of the time and sativas take 12 0r so thats why and it is short and heavy but not all indica is a heavy yielder,If you use one room to veg and flr it is the best way to go you will be at least 4 weeks in to veg by the time u harv sativas and the purple kush i grow is smooth and tastes great and it doesn't smell heavy when growin can't even smell outside grow room just behind a door,good luck with ur grow!

Those are some wicked looking plants - idk if I could even begin to guess how much longer on 'em though. I haven't ever worked with anything remotely sativa; in fact, I'm still pretty n00b myself:/ Right now I'm about a week away from flushing w/ my second crop; (I'm unfortunately having to sacrifice real estate for some semblance of stealth w/ a cab grow). It's an unknown strain to me (all I know for sure was that it originated somewhere in West Virginia).

cash crops. faster growing is faster income. (for others at least, i grow indica because faster growing is faster smoking )
