Seems like you are pretty much out of touch my friend. People are loosing their healthcare plans due to the mandates forced on them in the form of Obamacare, not because the insurance are raising their rates.

every year, around this time it seemed, my employers would send the HR department out to talk to all of us about our healthcare plans for the year. the menu of plans and prices changed every year it seemed (or, as the right is now bleating desperately, GET CANCELLED DUE TO OBAMACARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!).
