what the half man has to say

He's not wrong for what he's doing,he found god,and he has to pick a side, bcuz their is no in between,it's either you are,or you aint.
Actually he is wrong. The scriptures say to be IN the world but not OF the world. Christianity isn't a system of blacks and whites. It's making series of choices that follow your faith as closely as possible. But even Christ said to render unto Ceasar the things which are Caesar's and unto God the things that are God's. It's not about sides (something modern evangelical Christianity seems to ignore), it's about living in the world and being a good example but not letting the daily shit get on you. Christ ate and visited with publicans and sinners (as they scriptures say) on a regular basis. He spoke to Jews and non-Jews without restraint. He didn't try to create barriers and exclusivity. Whoever is teaching this young man about Christ's ministry is leading him astray.

What I have a hard time understanding is the need to eschew your former life when enlightenment is attained. Not only eschewing but denigrating. It boggles the mind and is not Biblical in any sense of the word.

i think if he was an accountant (and we all know how evil they are) it would be of little or no worth to advertise his disdain for numbers, preaching of their primary evil, etc. however, in his former occupation he did reach millions and millions of ppl and portrayed/glorified a life which he now finds distasteful.
i feel he is in for a rough road ahead in more ways then chuck lorre and cbs taking every dime he has ever made.
i do somewhat agree that tv/movies/visual media can seriously mess with our brains, desensitizing most to a certain degree and some to monsterous proportions, but then again what do i know :eyesmoke:

p.s. mrs sunnyboy is home and sleeping like a log. thanks be to jah and all you well wishers.

I have been the subject of much discussion, speculation and commentary over the past 24 hours. While I cannot address everything that has been said or right every misstatement or misunderstanding, there is one thing I want to make clear.

Without qualification, I am grateful to and have the highest regard and respect for all of the wonderful people on Two and Half Men with whom I have worked and over the past 10 years who have become an extension of my family.

Chuck Lorre, Peter Roth and many others at Warner Bros. and CBS are responsible for what has been one of the most significant experiences in my life to date. I thank them for the opportunity they have given and continue to give me and the help and guidance I have and expect to continue to receive from them.

I also want all of the crew and cast on our show to know how much I personally care for them and appreciate their support, guidance and love over the years. I grew up around them and know that the time they spent with me was in many instances more than with their own families. I learned life lessons from so many of them and will never forget how much positive impact they have had on my life.

I apologize if my remarks reflect me showing indifference to and disrespect of my colleagues and a lack of appreciation of the extraordinary opportunity of which I have been blessed. I never intended that.
That didn't take long.

Just fire him. Who cares. He can then team up with Kirk Cameron and Ray Comfort. I'll have some more commedy to watch on Youtube.
