thanks for the replies.... I think the best one was fdd2blk. Very wise and fatherly. That seems like the best idea. I feel like everything needs to be moved, and he should be confronted with the evidence, and the growers should deny to the end there was any plants, and all he took was $$$. I already have him for breaking and entering on tape. Does anyone know if my landlord would be responsible legally to reimburse any losses, because of him possibly giving our neighbor a key a while back?

I would just wait until harvest time trim ur plants and keep all the trimmings. Then I would break into his house put ur plants in his house get some cheap cfls so it looks like he's growing even some empty nutrient bottles and maybe an untouched plant so it looks like he's harvesting and leave all ur manicured leaf cuttings and call the cops on him for growing and then when the cops come ask them what's going on and be like I knew this guy was a criminal I just caught him on tape b&e at my house and show him them tape. That way he goes down for your grow and stealing ur shit

Back on topic...I think the only thing left to do is remove your grow. Your security has been breeched and now you are in a situation that can only be fixed by removing your grow and move somewhere else. THE number one rule in growing is to NOT tell anyone. Whether you told or not does not matter. The facts are, someone knows and now you must break down and move on. There are NO other options.
How you deal with this guy is for only you and your mates. I know how I would deal with him but from where I am from, redneck laws are used to deal with rednecks. Good luck and remember, if you choose to keep growing in your current spot, it will only end bad.
