I read someone was making po-boys. those are my absolute favorite sandwich. And to the guy who says he knows what real pork is, growing up my dad had a friend who owned a hog farm for himself. he had 2 pigs everyyear who only ate macadamia nuts, crazy i know but OMG it was the most flavorful pig i ever tasted.

That was me.... and ur pork sounds great! They don't corn feed their pigs in PR.... and the taste is so much better than here.

I took a bunch of ppl out to dinner tonite. A really nice seafood place, but after waiting 15 minuttes at the table for a waiter (they were quite busy), we found out they fry all their food in peanut oil. One of my nephews is so contagious that even if he had none...but we did... he would have a reaction.

So we packed it in and drifted over to Beef O'Grady's (my first time). I was NOT impressed at all, and I didn't expect a "fine" meal. Had the catfish platter, but found it to be way too salty. Everyone else was quite happy with their food orders, so I didn't comment.

Run of the mill however....

That was me. I ordered a 24" 1/2 softshell crab and 1/2 fried oyster poboy dressed with hot sauce and mayo for dinner. Didn't have room for it though after me and 3 of my buds consumed 11 dozen raw oysters and 6 pitchers of beer. But in awhile we gonna fire up the vape and play poker and throw some darts then attack that po-boy:bigjoint:
