What's For Dinner Tonight?

I just got back from the store and got shit to make chicken caesar salads. The wife requested it tho I do like them.
 
Ok so I am goin to make baby back ribs with grilled white corn on cob with roasted garlic mashed potatoes but ill run the potatoes through a sieve to make them extra smooth. gotta go thaw the ribs and start a brine.

went to a farm the other day to buy eggs a pig was limping around missing a leg big gash in its neck that was starting to heal six ribs missing on one side , i asked the farmer what happened, he told me how the pig ran int there house and rescued the kids from a house fire and the prev. summer rescued him from drowning in the pond , so i asked if he got messed up in the fire ,the farmer said no you don't eat a pig that special all at once

Growing up my fav was bread toasted with butter with sugar and cinnamon sprinkled on top. I couldn't get enough of it.

for dinner I am slow roasting an eye roast with infused garlic slices into the top, and encrusted with pepper, salt and galric crushed onto the whole outside... roast for about 5 hrs slowly until its pink and moist... broccoli on side

bongsmilie i like ribs but dont have them very often,i have a lot of bacon sandwiches though..:weed:
 
squid is great. there is a small italian resturant in La Jolla CA called La Dolce Vita and there spaghetti pestacore is to die for Im not a big fan of the muscles so i just have them leave those out. Tonight Im thinking of eating light maybe some BLT's or something. And sloppy Joes arnt bad when it is all you can afford. I usually make BBQ Pulled Pork Sliders they are smaller so you can take them anywhere.
