Thanx broI know which dinner I would prefer, Clint! Always making me hungry with the fish dishes....Just had leftover xmas dinner on a sandwich. I bought a free range chicken of just over 2 kilo, and made stuffing pie covered in streaky bacon, parsnips, cauliflower cheese, roasted spuds, gravy, and a nice bit of honey roast pork belly......finished off with some xmas pudding, icecream, and cream (no brandy butter, booo!). Time to walk off my sanwich, laters.
In my parts we call em spiney lobster, unlike Main or "american" lobster that have tastey claws and tails, spiney lobster only have edible tails with no claws. Their still damn good but the colder water of the american lobster makes the meat even sweeter.That's one of the sexiest things i've seen in a while!
