Indeed, simplicity is what normally makes things good. And there has been so many successes with taking something that is simple and successful in one place and starting a similar one elsewhere.
I am useless at taking pics of food, after it's made it get's eaten. Last nights dinner was a fave of my wifes. Breadcrumbed chicken strips, baby veldsla (translated is "field lettuce", has a nutty taste to it - yes, I know, strange for winterime - but the chicken is warm). Baby potatoes, cucumber, tomatoes, chunks of "jong gouda" cheese, boiled egg, and then smothered in a honey and mustard mayo dressing! Eet smakelijk!
