Making puff pastry takes SO FUCKING LONG. I used to buy the 6x6 blocks that you had to roll out yourself, and I said fuck it. Now I just buy the pre rolled sheets. Same as phyllo. Fuck making phyllo.

So, I made a cheese sauce (bechemel with mozza and smoked gouda, basically a mornay sauce) I put diced, raw green pepper in the sauce about 5 mins before serving and it par cooked them to a perfect texture. The bacon is local, thick cut, naturally smoked, with no nitrates or nitrides.
It was awesome. lol

I have switched to cooking my bacon in a frying pan with 2-3 tbsp of water. Gets a perfect texture every time.
If you haven't tried it, do it! You'll be surprised

Wow i will try that out beef , i also seen a show on tv and the chef swears by cooking bacon in the microwave !

sounds good but no photo. and ...its not ababy chicken its an unfertialized egg......its a periodChicken eggs and rice, teriyaki and soy. All mixed together. Eating baby chickens with the big chickens
