I didn't put the.pic of the chicken foie gras, it was amazeballs though.
And I haven't had pistachio ice cream that nice since I was gulping gelato in Rome!

Had some thai pork belly and green beens in a red curry with rice. Tasted delicious but i was burping that strange fish sauce taste all night

I'd had pork kebabs day before. Tbf all the mains are beautiful. Bit artsy presentation wise but tasty. I had works Xmas dinner there. But that's another story.....
AW, id love to do shit like that in my house but belly pork my lady turns her nose up at says its unhealthy. Granted sticky belly pork is pretty bad but now & then. Not to mention more than 3 red pepper flakes and its like its volcanic. Apparently lol.

Chicken foie gras, eh? That sounds very interesting! How did it compare to regular foie?

In hindsight I didn't answer your ? At all. It was way silkier perhaps a little more delicate flavour wise than the parfait or just not as strong a taste.
Been for roast pork Sunday dinner today. Proper pub grub. Pint with and double Remy for desert.

you should be more than happy with that as a first attempt I tried it with a mate and they looked nothing like that hahaha. mmmmmmm maki rolls with a good mix of the wasabi and and soy for dippin

ya really i actually used the paper towel method i couldnt find a bamboo rolling mat hereHowd you get so good at rolling?
but honestly i think it made it easier. cause i was able to smooth out the roll
well im definitely no sushi master but hubby really liked it. and now its cheaper than going to the sushi place here which only has 1 option for me which is kinda lame

Most sushi places i go to take orders verbally from the servers. If you ever go again, just tell them what you want and theyll make it how ever you want it. Hahaha, the place i always go to i walk in, order two rolls like that, two spicy tuna cones with chopped green onion added, and four pieces of fatty tuna belly sushi. I feel for ya, i dont know what id do without good sushi
