BBQ'd chicken wings
Fresh cut fries
Grilled sweet corn...again...we bought a bunch,10¢ ea.:)

The corn...lol....we've had corn everyday for a week.....an old man was on the side of the road selling a truckload of corn for 10¢ so we bought 20 ears for $3.
Sweetest damn corn I ever had!!!!!

Fishing again, so i had a chargrilled chicken and bacon pasta salad, another slice of the funky pork pie, butter roasted turkey breast, gruyere, jam doughnuts and am gonna pop a quattro formaggio pizza in the oven to have before bed :)

The pizza is store bought frozen Totinos I jazzed up with mushrooms,bell pepper,onion,bacon and parmesan cheese:eyesmoke:what can i say about the salad,....lol,I added bacon:cool:

Stirfry with fried tofu and yaki soba noodles. It was the first time id successfully cooked tofu. Nobody usually cares about tofu so i never make it but i like to be good at everything involing cooking so i figured id have to win against tofu eventually. It dawned a couple weeks back when i was having tofu pad thai that every time id order it i would hear an eruption of hot oil in a wok in the back of the restaurant. I figured that i needed super hot oil to get the fried texture i enjoy from cooked tofu. So i fired up some oil super hot in a non stick pan and tossed some cubed up extra firm tofu in there. Turned out great and ive noticed that tofu leaves me feeling full but not like i have a couple bricks in my belly. Heres what i had for brunch in the pic, dim sum and oh ya, those are chicken feet and they were great :):):)

tonight I got tofu with mixed veg, a Chinese noodle dish, veggie spring rolls :D yumyum !!!! ^_^ ,

Chicken flautas.....grilled chicken fajita meat and pico de gallo rolled in a corn tortilla and pan fried
Chile con queso
Guacamole
Sour cream
