I don't mind typing it out for you... I was so confused when I first started and to be honest I almost changed it this go round when I realized I didn't quite do it "right" but since I have had such good results I decided not to.
Step 1: Soak seeds over night (approx 18 hours) in de-chlorinated ph neutral (PHN) tap water. I put the cup in a shoe box for total darkness.
Anytime after 12 hours you can check to see if they have sunken) I do NOT wait for the tap root to show, when they have sunken to the bottom they are ready to plant. If a seed is still soaking after the overnight soak stir it around with your finger, sometimes this makes it sink. I have never had 1 not sink within 24 hours.
Step 2: Soak jiffy peat pellets in warm PHN until they are saturated. Make sure you pull back the netting but leave it on the pellets.
Step 3: Use the top of a pr of tweezers to open and deepen the hole in the pellet to about 1/4 inch and drop the seed in and cover lightly with peat and GENTLY push it down to VERY LIGHTLY pack.
Step 4: Place the pellets in the Jiffy greenhouse and put under a 24w CFL 6500k on an 18/6 light schedule. I keep the greenhouse sitting on a heating pad with a 2 hour default off, on warm/low setting. Open the greenhouse a few times a day for fresh air.
Leave all of the pellets in the house, misting a few times a day until all of the seeds have popped the soil. If (this usually happens more often when U germ different strains at the same time) seedlings get too tall I just prop it open until the rest sprout.
After they have all sprouted I give them another 24 hours, I continue to mist the plants but not the pellet. After the 24 hours they are ready for transplant #1. After transplanting I water AROUND the pellet so that the roots reach for the water. I continue this watering method for a week and then life goes on to normal plant procedures.
Hope this helps, its pretty simple and really works for me.
I spent the entire day with my mother in law so I didnt get a chance to type up the entire CBD list, will try and get 2 it tomorrow.
