We need more information, and hit your caps lock key to disengage it we can see the lower case text just fine.
If you're growing under LED lights then 86 is close to ideal. It's on the upper end of other types of light, but probably not so hot that it'll cause you issues. But ymmv, almost all my limited experience is with LEDs.

30° C is totally fine. With a lot of light, about 28° C is perfect, they need the heat to perform well. That's why i prefer HPS lamps in winter.

A sealed hood is what you need. Fans inside the tent just blow the air around and don't exhaust the heat. What kind of exhaust fan are you using. You really need a 6 inch 400 cfm fan and a speed controller to exhaust outside of your grow area if heat is an issue..
