Most of the threads on here seem to be centered around maximizing yield with the minimum number of lights/watts. In these cases, the number of plants is not so important.
However, I'm in a position to legally grow a certain number of plants. I can use as many of whatever kind of light I want. Space is no issue. Power usage is unlimited. The goal for me is to maximize the yield PER PLANT.
I'm probably going to go with 1000w hps bulbs. I've seen people recommend one plant per square foot as a good range. However, since I am limited in the number of plants - but unlimited in the number of lights - I want to put as few plants as possible under each light, so that I can maximize the yield from each plant.
Do you guys have any advice about this? Any other legal growers want to chip in and help this noob out?
I'm just getting my license now, and although I've done my fair share of research, I've still got ALOT to learn.
