Never stop feeding. If you're only at 4 weeks then yea don't stop feeding.

Flushing is a myth!

I have mine out side just started to bud and notice in morning changes.i say night but my be different strains.
Last grow was in tent same noticed more growth after night period

I've run many experiments & discovered they grow the fastest when you don't watch them.

E.g, I'm doing a scrog & working from home so I check on the plants every few hours. Very slow growth. It may take many days to fill the canopy.
