6 ounces for 3 mo. I need double that at least. And differant strains afect me differenlty so I need to harvest 6 oz. of Indica, 6 oz. of sativa, and 6 oz. of an indiva or satica 50/50 hybrid. If you cook with it and smoke it it works really well. just legalize it and forget about it.

I'm a legal patient in a state that has repeatedly shown unhelpful to needs of medical patients, posting my picture wasn't a good idea.

For the record, i am nowhere near good enough to get anywhere close to tiny % of 40oz off six plants! less than 1% of Americans can grow 40oz of six plants in the first few years. I probly never will because of how much veg time would be required.

I sure hope you can get 3 oz. off of 6 plants, lol. even an ounce a plant is ducksoup, a straight up greenhorn to growing can hit that mark with their eyes closed. if not, I can give you a few pointers

the 7 plants, 4 veg 3 flower, 3 oz dry product just doesn't equal up in hawai'i. if someone just wants to grow outdoor medicine, it is practically impossible to try to follow the law right now.

Though i'm sure you agree 3oz is really waaaay too little to last a true medical patient for 3+ months right? unreasonable to expect someone who 4 times a year harvests to survive their illness with it. That being said, I have to space out my harvests of each plant, putting them out to flower at different dates to ensure i don't go over, that and I make killer condensed canabis using 191 proof alcohol and airdrying it to stay in limits.

oh yeah i'm studying. until now i've only gotten an oz off plants, sometimes less, but i'm choosing strains based on their effects more than based off yeild since its all personal. Yield isn't important to me as long as i got adequate amount to last between grows.

many medical users don't have an indoor grow area. also not everyone wants to go through the trouble of condensing cannabis although I understand what your saying. growing medicine should be user friendly.

I totally agree. The law should be as long as you don't sell weed you can have at least 10 ounces in case you need to take 6 months off growing you can still have adequate supply. they fear that this will encourage drug dealers, but the fact remains that we need to look after the people suffering more than we need to protect ourselves from people who might do bad things. That same logic kept people who wern't white down in our country legitimizing racism for the sake of "some of them might do crimes." Antiquated ideologies that harm more people than it helps. We need to focus on HELPING people and punishing those who do wrong, not looking to make innocent people criminals in order to get more guilty. it would be like police just throwing grenades in a bank robbery to kill everybody just so they are sure they get the robbers (at the expense of all those being held against their will).
Our country really needs to start helping people instead of focusing on hurting them to get the bad guys too, or else our childrens childrens world will be constant fear and revolutions.

it will probably never go up as the NED and police authorities see what Cali is doing and don't want to see that shit in their backyard. they (NED) were even introducing a bill to limit the total number of permits at one location to 3. Also, they were trying to limit eligibility by ruling out pain management as a criteria for mmj. luckily those fuckers lost, as they really have no idea what they are talking about. police chiefs and NED are living in the past, and still blowing smoke. one of their own just got busted because he got clones sent straight to him through FedEx. never never never fedex, any rookie knows that. but i digress.
caregivers is a sticky subject, there are a lot of grey areas here, also depending on what island you live, who you know, who knows you etc., but general rule of thumb is mmj person gets 4 immature/3 mature, and i believe if you are the caregiver then you only get to flower out the 3 mature, but i could be mistaken.

When I lived on Maui a few years ago there was an excellent dispensary in Paia run by some super nice and professional dudes. You could even get clones. Nugs, hash, the works. Of course some stupid loophole in the state law meant that they got arrested and the club got closed down. Nicest guys you'd ever want to meet and some fantastic product. Damn shame.
