The Ontario cannabis store isn't very good but the cannabis store online in BC has them beat on strains and prices and also bongs etc....but if you don't live in BC you cant buy...which don't make sense seeing mj legal all over the country.
OCS is more expensive than a street dealers price for weed. Street dealers in Ontario are still cashing in...even more so now.

No I don't know, it seems like they don't ask for a prescription , says 4 recreational clones for $99, not the best deal for guys like us but for someone without connections for clones it might work.

No seed no where in my town for sale. Id know as I am a seed collector.
Last time when I was in BC I was in a store that had a ton of seeds for sale...my bill was expensive before I left so am kinda glad no seeds to be had in this town.

If I where you, I would read through the seedbanks thread and find out about better breeders besides greenhouse.

Those aren't from greenhouse seeds ... Barney's Farm is where they come from and in all the years I have been growing Barney's Farm has never let me down
Started germinating them yesterday and 4 have already split
good bean should pop in 24/48 hours
would not use a towel myself as you can break..roots they can grow through the towel and you can contaminate them as well.
soak in water 12 hours
put in moist soil not damp or wet
cover with clear plastic wrap.
when they pop take it off.
you don't have to do anything other than that..and yer done.
start in SMALL pot ..
simple stuff

This is what I do ... 4 of 5 Red Cherry Berry have split in less than 24 hours
As for roots growing into the paper towel, if that happens I just tear the paper towel around the root fibers and plant it, doesn't hurt in the least
