Some people would, argue against that. Some dudes are super paranoid, and enjoy growing indoors. Personally I have a secluded backyard, but I enjoy the controlled environment, indoors.
When I have a new mother, I put it outside for the first month or so (assuming its the veg season) to toughen it up! (maybe it doesn't get tough or anything, but I just doing it makes me feel that they'll be even stronger indoors under a hps) its like an annoying luck habit.

I'm not talking about moving the plant I'm talking about moving your place of living.

I'm paranoid because I live too close to my neighbors and my neighbor to my left is the caretaker....
 
you should move to michigan, nobody gives a fuck cuz everyone grows and you can buy seeds and clones at corner stores without even a green card cuz nobody gives a fuck. People just give away outdoors aka "mids"/"regz" cause its not worth any money.
