Yeah I just looked at pics of duckfoot ( wally duck) mine look similar. Not quite maple leaf like some of the pics I saw..It's been awhile since I've seen pics, but I think the leaves only have three lobes and are rounded, doesn't look like herb much at all, more like a white oak leaf.
I did try an expensive dj blueberry pack, tasty pain in the ass hermy fukkers they were, no variegate leaves sadlyView attachment 3876005 View attachment 3876006

I did not grow either of those, nor did I ever see one in real life. it is a picture I found some time ago, not sure of origin.SAY! Chemmy, did you grow that?
When?
Man I used to. That was a computer rebuild and a whole new one ago....Didn't save them......yeah, they all came out variegated! Gosh I gave away or sold over a hundred of those too. I know Tami had some still. She owned the now gone Saugatuck Paving Company disp. that was in Saugatuck MI. She went to ILL. to get in on the MM program over there. Schutti ran her out of MI...She sold bunch of those clones out of that place. I'll poke around over there and ask a cpl of the guys I know over there growing if they've seen or heard of any still around ..... Not sure how that will go, as it was 6 years ago the last time she got some and I haven't run it in over 5...I found the Doctor is cheap, like 6 bucks a seed for fems. But I havent found a variegated Doctor plant on line yet. @docwho, do you have any pics of those old ones, or any to share?
It's the plant reacting to the lighting change and the release of the amino's and hormones that run in veg...Not sure if this directly relates to the topic, but does anybody know why plants that are put into reveg often have their first leaves display some kind of whorled leaves ?
Different type of whorl (leaf itself is not whorled in whorled phyllotaxy but the leaf arrangement - what phyllotaxy means - is). The leaves you refer to you are like lilliputters on grow hormones and don't expand in size evenly. Not sure if this directly relates to the topic, but does anybody know why plants that are put into reveg often have their first leaves display some kind of whorled leaves ?

My theory is that it is the plants way of showing idiots that used colchicine in order to mutate plants praying it mutates the flower and the production. Why are we still breeding these plants. When are we going to realize that this is not the right way of doing things.Im forming my own theories on the whorled phyllotaxy plants. I suspect it is hybrid vigor induced by two things. If my theory is correct this trait will be see more often on cultivars that were bred and selected indoors as opposed to cultivars bred for selection outdoor. Also if my theory is correct this trait will be seen more often on males or intergender plants that are dominantly males. My theory is that this vigor is a trait of indoor selections based on high production and the elimination of the male contribution to that gene pool. My theory is that this is the plants way of ensuring it's survival against idiots who are selecting for nothing else other than high flower and thc production.
If my theory is correct, and I highly suspect there is something to it, it's actually really cosmically funny and fitting that these selections would warrant mutated and hermed plants. I personally really like the whorled phyllotaxy trait, but then again, it's not the end of the world to me if my plant tosses out a banana, either....

Yes it is hybrid vigor j d great job not a mutation at all. Couldn't be from eliminating the male or doing any non natural thing. Great jobIm forming my own theories on the whorled phyllotaxy plants. Why were all those males pulled from the f 13 grow and never heard from again? Was it because they would have shown female flowers just like my sage and sour male did last week. From being treated with colchicine somewhere down the line. I suspect that all these rare occurrences we are seeing more and more today aren't just natural phenomena we are encountering. We have fucked with genetics in the wrong way too much. Ever wonder why a great strain like cookies is just realised in female clone form or gg4 or g 13 nysd should I keep going.Yes whirled

Dont inform anyone they dont give a fuckive had some whorled plants in c99 genetics, not since. Most people dont know what we are talking about- its when the top stops growing up, the stem flattens out, and the bud just stacks like crazy without going up. Its horrible and nobody would desire it.
I tell people I still have true landrace roadkill skunk aka not the afghani roadkill mutated one. The one that is sativa and leads never get larger then my male selection i bred away from any slight afghan feature at first not until recently did I realize I had the real deal only after testing became reasonable affordable and sensible what every one wants is that chemical mutated seed I wonder where the name chem came from wknt see skunk 91 vs in my lineage which I cannot verify... Oh shit phylo bioscience. Fuck it I already sent back to the still good ratio generation and I got my male selected.Dont inform anyone they dont give a fuck
