Why are my Co2 levels jumping at lights out?

So when I was in my room today during lights out I seen my Co2’s PPM jump all the way up to 1850 while I only have center set at 800 any ideas why this might be ? I have an autopilot monitor with the control sensor and a titan regulator.

Pretty sure because plants releasing. All rooms do this no?
