Why can't I grow Ass kicking weed?

Although WW and Durban can be good, I think you need to pick some easy to grow high thc strains to get what you want.
WW was about 30years ago, Durban has been crossed into better options.

How about getting a quality clone of GG (durban), or cookies of some sort? Strong thai genetics (hybridized) is my favorite Sativa lean.
If you can get quality clones that imo is your ticket and if Sacramento is local you got lots of options!
I think this is horrible advice. Not trying to pick a fight but the White Widow I grow( which is the common one from seedsman) is dank asf. The genetics I choose to grow are decidedly not cookies or gg.Lol. The oldies are Goldie’s. Now part of OPs problem may be genetics but I suspect it isn’t the main one by far.

Well if you send him your WW it may help, lol. He isnt getting buzzed so I just suggested some newer genetics that I know are high THC and not too hard to grow, esp from clone.

Something doesn't add up. 10 years and you haven't grown anything that gets you baked? Are you harvesting early?

Some are saying it's your lights but I was growing bagseed from brick weed decades ago under T8 lights in cheap soil and was able to grow some weed that definitely got you baked.

It would be interesting to see what you're harvesting.

Lol my WW would help maybe. I think there must be some problem other than genetics eyeing the 10
Year time line of no dank, that’s all I was pointing out. On further thought, instead of quitting then they could at least try it and then rule out genetics I guess.

I was thinking the same thing, harvesting too early. I know people who've grown for 20 years who've been harvesting too early since their first grow and their herb isn't nearly as dank as it could be. I would also get some guaranteed good genetics too just to rule that out.

Thanks guys for the guesses, but harvesting early is not one of them. I'm still growing my Durban after almost
9 months! from seed. I cut a bud last week t test it and it is starting to come on now. Still not ass kicking or fast to have effect but it does have a little punch.
I'm going to let the Lil' Durban go until it can't go anymore and see if age is the problem. I don't think so but......????

I'm going to switch to soil next grow and see if the summer temps make a difference with my Northern Lights Autos in speed and or effect ( Sativa Vs Indica). Then, next fall I'm going to hit a good seed bank for a good hybrid strain and see if it is genetics of me.

I grow crap sometimes by accident but growing autos with under powered lights sounds like a bad idea. Nine months??
Photoperiod plants only take 9-12 weeks (flower time) on the average, you're missing the point with autos, they're supposed to be faster finishers? Just go to flowering with 12/12 light schedule and get something at least in the 400W HPS range. I've fucked up many grows but usually got weed I can catch a buzz with. I've only grown autos once or twice and it didn't work out.

Wow if you are still growing an "auto" after 9 months, something aint right.
After so long the THC would have been destroyed.
Not all strains get amber and just stay white

9months is comical
I'm not laughing, can tell you.
I'm testig my Durban at the moment and it's not tooooooo bad. Three small hits and I can feel it. Havening trouble typing, and spelling, so I'm gonna smoke the hump off of this camel I rolled and watch the Ukrainains kick Russin ass on the tube.
