even after the racial segregation you love so much was outlawed by the government, many companies sued because they still wanted racial segregation.

that refutes everything you just said in your pathetic, simpering excuse for a shitpost.

Wasn't it the government which first made segregation the law you dimwit?

Consider watching a video done by Eric July on race and liberty. Is he a racist?

a few (not all) local governments(which you favor) made some laws, but the scope of segregation far exceeded that and it took the federal government (which you hate) to outlaw it.

retarded pedophile.

Was that the same federal government which started a drug war skewed against minorities ?

How is it my or your business to forcibly prevent people who wish to from doing so? It isn't. yet your government made it law.

How is it your business or mine to force other people who prefer not to associate to do so ? it isn't.

Is the douche bag LBJ your hero like the racist FDR...simpleton?

you can try to change the subject all you want now that you've been proven wrong, but you were still proven wrong.

it wasn't government that enforced segregation, it was racist segregationists like yourself.

you pedophile.

You could be half right half wit. Government certainly had no right to intervene in peoples live and threaten offensive force to prevent people who wished to associate from associating.

Nor did they have any right to threaten force to insist people who'd prefer not to associate, must do so.

I don't like racial segregationists, but I don't have any right to force them to do anything with their own body or their own property otherwise that would make me an enslaver or a thief. But enough about your tactics.

I'm sure I have plenty of Trump voters at one location. I hate them, but I do enjoy taking their money
This is the point they keep missing...

Even if you're a massive MASSIVE racist; just take the money and that's it.

No-one is stopping you from calling them the N word 100 times in your head so noone is "telling you what to believe" but businesses open to the public are expected (obliged even) to treat people equally.

Well I did have a Trump supporter once who needed more money to finish her drying of clothes, most times if I'm in the store I would go ahead and help a person out and finish the dry ( long as a feel they are not taking advantage of me )...not this time. I kinda laughed as she was placing damp clothes in her plastic garbage bag. I figured Trumps hot air could dry her shit.

So would you force a back person to serve a white person against the black persons will?

If one person or group of people can forcibly insist another person interact with them , is that an instance of offensive force ?
Yes. I would force one person to serve the other. Gender, race, ethnicity, religion should never come into it.

No. Failing to 'interact' with with someone based on skin color is discriminatory and repugnant.

How are you forced to associate ? If you don't want to be around a certain group...don't go around a certain group.
The only groups of people I try not to 'associate' with are assholes.

Would you say a person who forces another person to associate with them, even when the other person wishes not to, is an asshole?

If you own something and you don't want me to use it, do I have a right to use it anyway, against your wishes?

You're missing a key distinction; that is if you have goods for sale to the public you must sell them to the public regardless of what type of skin they have.

Tradesmen, etc can refuse service "it's a loss maker, sorry". You can refuse to sell your cash register and store fittings by simply saying "that isn't for sale"...but for example if a customer orders something from the menu (of goods presented for sale) in a restaurant and you refuse it's different.

You can also refuse a sale for a multitude of other perfectly legal reasons except age, sex, sexual preference, race and religion.

How can a person willingly have "goods for sale to the public", if they are declaring a distinction in who they will sell things to?
