We all the know the saying, "if we don't learn from our history, we are doomed to repeat it".
If we know so much from our past, why do we keep making the same mistakes? Is it because each new generation is doomed to repeat them anyways? Is there some crazy conspiracy stuff going on and we will always face the same problems over and over?
What do you guys think?
the fools in the image you provided were also unable to grasp the importance of history.
do you think the hippies in the 60's invented opposition to war? they did the exact same actions, made the same speeches, ran the same dodges, and made the same pointless marches as EVERY generation of dolts who think wars are somehow prevented by displaying national reluctance to fight.
hitler gained the chutzspah to invade poland through the peaceniks antics in france and england.
napolean marched across europe because the powers who COULD fight him made it clear they had no intention of fighting.
your premise is that the fools marching in your provided photo are somehow wise or clever in thier refusal to accept the draft, but isnt it funny... free nations allow such antics, but the nations which intend to force us into their mold of marxist authoritarianism dont put up with that shit, and yet most of the hippies yippies and peaceniks of the 60's were in fact marxists, just as most of the occupy twits are today. fortunately the occupy twits are a much smaller minority than the hippies of the 60's.
embracing marxist ideals, and refusing to fight against marxist aggressors in foreign lands is just excercising free speech... but if the marxists take over these self-same "Fellow Travelers" woud be subject to compulsory service, and if they tried to organize this same march, they would have been machinegunned in the streets.
hilarious.
