Why does everyone hate Miracle Grow?

The people who detest MiracleGro are the same elitist snobs who order fancy lattes.
They are typical brain-dead liberals who don't do the research themselves. They just
parrot what makes them sound knowledgable. Unless they argue the science, them guys are OK ;>) .

Miracle grow potting soil is fine, I used it for outdoors for a few years. The reason it is not recommended to new growers is because of the inbuilt nutrients. They last longer the most indoor growers have time before they flower; thus they try to flush them, which releases even more the time release nutrients, start feeding them flower nutrients and burn them. I even used to miracle grow liquid fertilizer 27 – 8 – 16, as per the instructions on the box and never burnt a plant. Mind you the instructions say to only feed it once every one to two weeks. Most people get overanxious and burn their plants is why miracle grow is not usually suggested by experienced growers to new growers. If you know what you're doing there is nothing wrong with miracle grow, but I believe Fox farms makes way better products at pretty much the same price.

When I first started, I used MG Organic potting soil, way too hot. I use nothing but FF Ocean Forest soil and EJ bloom, EJ microblast, EJ catalyst , and a lot of worm castings for top dressing and tea making with unsulfered molasses. The only nitrogen my plants get is out of the water that is poured over the worm casted top dressed soil and what's already in the FF Ocean Forest soil, and I also use weak doses of Zeus Juice brand humic acid every other watering. I've never been a fan of heavy nitrogen laden soil.
