Yes I do. Exclusively. It's cheap, it works, and it works well.
I always net between 4 and 6 ounces per plant. I top each one once and let 'em go. I mix in some perlite and lime (about 35% perlite to potting soil and about 8 tablespoons of lime) in regular, cheap nursery pots. I use the regular, general purpose miracle grow fertilizer (1/2 teaspoon per gallon RO water) for veg ( I usually wind up only using it once about week 5 right when I switch to flower) then I use the tomato formula for flower mixed the same way as needed. (That's typically ever week and a half.)
I've never had a problem.
O&R I think you'll find more details of why MG isn't formulated for cannabis here. They are actually reducing THC production with their formula! ON PURPOSE, and admitted it. You just have to be familiar with the relationships of the micro's to the plants response to them. What did they do to make their dry ferts not compatible with Cannabis growing?
Amending with a Lime eh? What one? Dolo? There's the Ca/Mg issue cleared. Still, metal contents are rough. The Fe to Mn ratio is way off for cannabis. Your doing more for CBD then THC production. In fact that high of an Fe to Mn is actually inhibiting your THC production.
So then your feeding at 9 - 9 - 10.5
The high N is tempering the high P and the K is good.
No high N issue's as they progress?
How about P issue's later?
Did you know you should drop the K down in the last few weeks to keep it from reducing the THC concentrations? Yup, K inhibits THC levels too.....Bind that with the Fe vs. Mn thing, and you could do much better with something more formulated for cannabis.
Just saying......NOT insulting!
