Why Should I Vote for Obama?

and Ron supports states having the right to do what they want...Would love to see Mississippi, Georgia, South Carolina, Alabama with his views as law... We as a nation would go back a century

We might be better off in some ways to go back a century. I think states do have more rights than Obama wants to give them with his attack on AZ for wqanting to protect their own borders. It's pur hyperbole to suggest that anyone wants states free to deny anyone's constitutional rights.

if you enjoy keeping more of your own money, that might be a good reason to vote for obama. he should run on the tea party ticket, as he has reduced taxes quite a bit.
 
The fact of the matter is the events and policies that pushed deficits to these high levels in the​
5-10-11bud-f1.jpg
near term were, FOR THE MOST PART, not of President Obama’s making. The economic downturn; President Bush’s tax cuts,wars in Afghanistan and Iraq are the underlying to our county's high deficit. Once Obama's administration(not Obama by himself) actually enacts it's own policies we will have the "2nd term Clinton-like" Change. Lower balanced deficit = more money to create jobs, more money to lend to banks(more people will qualify) ect ect ect​
 
I'm still leaning toward giving Romney a chance. I we give him half the benefit of the doubt that we gave Obama, he's in.

Obama is the Supreme commander of the armed forces, he can bring all the troops home whenever he wants. Obviously he wants more war. Clinton actually reduced the size of the military, but not Obama.

I don't believe he really thinks that. It's just politics. There are simply much bigger issues.
 
Some of you guys are a riot. In this country we don't vote against a candidate, we vote for one. In order for you to vote against Obama you are doing to have to vote for one or another of these other morons. the issue is, are they better or worse than Obama? With the possible exception of Paul, you really don't have much choice, the others are for an even more coarse, harsh and brutal country than the one we have now.

I don't believe that's true. When a guy on the outside criticizes everything the way Obama did, and vows that he will take us to the promised land, but then he takes office and realizes that he didn't have a clue and things are far more complex than he imagined - SORRY - that guy has a lot of persuading to do before I'm giving him another chance. Of course I'm not wasting my vote on some third party candidate.

My attitude toward Romney is that he probably isn't much better than Obama, but he is not a closet socialist, he has demonstrated management ability and he deserves a chance.

Wait , Wait, Wait!! You mean to tell me that YOU did things to help yourself and YOU got yourself to where you are today? Hell this whole time I thought you guys got where you were because Obama gave it to you. Now I find out that your a responsible adult who isn't afraid of some risk and hard work. Tell me, were there any obstacles on your way up?
 
And another thing, If Obama is re-elected, we are going to see the most extreme gridlock in history. Even though he campaigned on harmony and bi-partisanship, he refuses to work with republicans. In fact, his campaign strategy seems to be:

Republicans are impossible to work with, so re-elect me to work with them.

Makes no sense.

A second term means no reelection. Therefore we will see the true Obama in the second term, whatever that means.

i think it's the other way around. Republicans refuse to budge from their extreme right wing views... even on issues which they championed, like the health care mandate... all of a sudden "SOCIALISM"
