wilting problem

Yesterday I got some nitrate of soda and added 2 tbsp to each of my 4 plant pots, because I believe they were low in nitrogen because the big leaves at the bottom of the plant were yellowing then dieing off. But now the plants are wilting, does anyone have any ideas about this, im very lost, i watered it in but the soil seemed pretty dry when I watered it in. Could it be because I put too much that the plant could be wilting or does anyone have any ideas?

By the way if you didn't already know these are soil plants.
Happen to have any pics? and what type of soil are you using? I have a similar problem but I'm still early in the veg stage and in the process of trying to fix it. Whats your PH at?

Im not a pro so hopefully someone else will offer ya a bit of feedback.

how old are your plants? sometimes later on in the flowering cycle that's somewhat normal. (The yellowing/wilting) But if you have some pics that would be better

Over watering or over feeding will cause the drooping. Two tbs of the nitrate is a lot to add at one time. If they were looking good before the nutes then thats the problem. I dont know how far you are into veg but some yellowing of the older leaves is normal later in the veg cycle. More in the flower cycle. I would flush and use water only next round then add a little nitro at a time. Like one tsp to start if you really think it needs it. Over ferting causes deficencys so go easy. I never use full strenght nutes even in late flower. Good luck!

How do you flush soil based plants? Can you help me out with this?

Don't worry about the bottom leaves dieing off this can and is normaly a plants leaves dieing naturaly they are the first to grow and the first to go.flush the plants with water set at 5.5ph till the water runs clear.the wilting of the plants is either over watering or under watering only you will have the answer.once the plants have been flushed then put them on some nutes put them on a quarter strenth then build up to full within a week.make sure that the plants are dry after flushing let them dry then start the feed.

these leaves are dieing too fast. I think it was nute burn so I flushed them, don't know how long I had to do that for so I let water go through the soil and the pot a few times, I had the bottom's off of the pots and after I got done flushing I kept the bottom's off so they could dry better.
