Do you think still monitoring it and then adding ph up/down when it gets too far out of wack is a good option for if this happens? I am working on building my system soon. Pumps are in the mail and then I will be getting a mini tent and be messing around with the new system I'm going to build. They sent me the inline last year to test. I didn’t have much luck with it but I recently started using it again a couple weeks ago in my rdwc and has been nice. It stay between 5.7-6.2 although it hovers around 6.2 a little longer than I’d like, it does eventually go back down
My tent is a 20x20x48tall for experiments. I planned on going with a hydro setup for this chamber, and possibly using the top half for doing clones and stuff when the "hobby" chamber isn't in flower. I bought a 18x 18x 47 " wire shelving rack to go inside of it. I hope everything fits.
Reading the uses of the inline perfect pH... I think It is primarily designed for recirculating systems. If I install this Inline to a flood and drain setup, I think it will be a great use
If I use it for a DTW system like I was hoping, I don't know. It seems like the whole sell point is the ion balance while in contact / out of contact with the roots. The whole idea of DTW is to be able to just have extra runoff, so I'm wondering if it is really worth it to run two pumps like they recommend and do all that especially for a hobby setup.
I really want to do everything right to give this a chance ; I would love to see anyones input on the design or type of hydro system they recommend me to use!
