Wtf are these bugs

You are outside - bugs will happen. Your plant riser is still pretty much on ground. You have leaf miner and assorted other pests.
I usually do not recommend Diatomaceous earth as it makes a mess when wet and the whole idea behind using it is to be a desiccant ( dry action )
Those affected leaves can either be removed or if you clean that gunk off - use Capt. Jacks Dead Bug Brew - it is what is called a “ broad spectrum “ killer - meaning it targets a bunch of pests such as the ones you have.
Citric acid DIY spray can also help.

You can flip a 5 gallon bucket with bottom facing up / place riser / set plant on riser.
You will now have some space away from direct ground.
It may not help with airborne pests but will help keep low crawling bugs at bay … Plus when you water it in this configuration/ water is NOT directly under pot with wet grass.

Ok thanks for the advice I tried to clean the diatomaceous earth off by misting the plant but some stayed so I guess I'll have to rub it off leaf by leaf tonight and hit it with neem oil..I also think this plant is going into pre flower right now
Nope those were stipules. Pistils appear white, a bit whispy and feathery.

I keep finding these little tan ones sitting on leaves and in new growth.. but no damage wtf..are these leaf hoppers?
So dead bug brew is ok to spray on leaves that I got the DE off of right ?
Still finding these mfs sitting in the middle of New growth leaves, I flick them and they fly off but keep coming back...after looking up leaf hoppers online they don't have any designs on their backs at all..can I get a 2nd opinion? Anybody recognize these ?

You're going to catch all sorts of bugs with one of those. Accept bugs are a part of life outside. Sticky traps won't be of much use.
Since they're young and in veg, If you really are concerned, I'd opt for neem oil spray. Spray late afternoon when the sun's going down.
Neem works as an irritant. Most bugs will stop eating the leaves. (It mightn't work for leaf miners)
And the residue lasts a little while, so you can catch a break.
For what it's worth, I tend to find once outdoor plants get a bit larger, they fight off most bugs pretty well themselves.
And watch your surroundings - long grass, nearby plants etc.
Oftentimes, when there's a pest or disease, the source is nearby.
Honestly, I'd just take a breath and relax. Plants will be and are fine.

Thanks I been using neem last spray was 3 days ago..I think they're getting resistant to it so tonight I'll be using captain jacks dead bug brew ..hopefully that'll help, so these lower leaves that are gettin ate up probably won't matter as it keeps growing?..appreciate the info..
