Dude if they are in the germination stage it is normal for that to happen (least with some of my seeds in the past they turned out fine). how far are they?

You cant just give 1 line and expect ppl to instantly know, you have to supply pics on this site and give us every detail you can. How did you germinate the seeds? What kind of water did you use? etc..

He is talking about the cotyledons being yellow which is completely normal....also....clear stem....the thing is only like 3 days old what do you expect....to pop out of the ground with a flower on it and green as can be with a 1 inch stem?

OOOO thnx i didnt know it was supposed b tht way i thought there was something wrong because for the first 12c hours they didnt have any light
Also keep in mind plants don't use light until their first pair of true leaves. The cotyledons do not use photosynthesis, They are formed in the seed with all the energy they need in them to keep the plant alive until it produces it's first pair of photosensitive leaves.

They still need light though so they do not stretch but the plant will not die if it doesn't get a lot of light when it is a seedling because the cotyledons are feeding the seedling not the light at this point
