Nah, they'll require all kinds of licensing, health inspections, testing, different packaging, and don't forget that all important tax stamp. And that's just off the top of my head. Maybe there will be state taxes too.

I've said it before I don't care if it's fully legal. I'm not changing the way I do things. They can take whatever tax stamp they want and shove it. I help myself out and one other person, besides gifting to people. I'm not submitting to inspections and fees. I don't want to be a guy with a wharehouse op, just enough to satisfy me.

I would also love to be able to grow outdoors on my own property without fear of prosecution. I would end up like Uncle Buck though and living in the greenhouse I think. lol
huge amounts of drone laws are drawn up from California cases and cannabis growers being spied on. I have a good friend who works in this field as a lawyer and he always tells me that resonable expectations for privacy only extend inside your home not on your property. With that said they are not allowed to fly and hover 100' above your property for random searches. I guess there was a case where the helicopter was kicking up huge amounts of dirt in the persons back yard they were hovering so close.

I immediately think of the scene in the new bourne movie when he shoots down the drone. For some reason it's not on youtube, which makes me sad because it's a pretty cool scene.
