i do 90 minutes on my elliptical most everyday with weights (30 pounds added) zip tied because i maxed out the 20 levels..i have a gym model in my living room and i train 3x week for 30 min with my trainer..

is there a workout thread here?

I train 7 days a week for about an 2 hours cumulative. It consists of squats, back lifts, bicep curps, tricep curls and kisses.

I'm not supporting anyone, just because you claim that I am, and being PC has nothing to do with it.It's called trying to be a decent human being. I really could care less about the OP. If people are posting stupid shit, I simply don't respond. If you want to argue with and chastise someone who is clearly mentally disturbed, that is your trip not mine.

IMO, Intelligent people are held to higher standards when it comes to social protocol. I give Sunni and all other mods on here full confidence that they are extremely intelligent people, and by that reasoning, I feel they have no need to take an approach to the OP's remarks that he would find satisfaction in. That is just my opinion, obviously they have no reason to even entertain my notion.

The only reason I posted anything was I've been following a thread by Raiderman, and he himself just had a issue with the negativity, in which I refer. Then I saw this thread which I was just going to leave after I read the first post because I could tell OP has issues, but most posts were just people attacking him. I found that childish, and I guess in my older age I felt like a parent so I said something along with many others, and if you noticed the thread quickly died out soon after. Cooler heads prevail again. Cheers.
