if i lived in the u.s i would either be dead, diabetic or just plain fat!

that is a compliment to the vast array and generally high quality of the food, not to mention the portion sizes lol.

Salad should not constitute dinner unless its a date :-P stick a loaf of garlic bread in the oven and I might say tomato tart. But I'd also want goats cheese and pesto on that :-)

Wow. I never expected you to go the whole "I'm better than you" vegan route. I can be just as low if you like, I'll outlive you when you're diagnosed with breast cancer while I happily eat a bacon sarnie. Oh snap!

nah i dont do the whole im better than you, i only said i felt sad cause he mentioned portion size, i meant it more jokingly, than he decided to insult my food so i decided to be rude back. tit for tat mate., you give i give back.

I didn't see it as an insult to your food at all. He simply said it makes him feel sad, it makes me feel sad. We want meat in our food. Then you went the whole I'm better than your route. Lame.

You'd prolly be good to go after that and for reals,id still be hungry...i think ghb said something about portion sizes..lol...they're freaking huge around here:)

What used to be small/reg drinks are now kiddies size,if you ask for a large it will be some huge ass 32oz drink you need both hands to grab it...lol...and a large chicken fried steak at the local nationally known restaurant will cover an entire plate then you get two side dishes drink and all you can eat fresh baked rolls...now I'm f-king hungry damn ya'll....

What i've seen on tv portion size in the US is out of controll , I could only eat half of the food portions i see there !
Even some of these portion sizes in Alaska

My neighbour gave me a bag of mushrooms so i made a quick late night snack with them.
Pan fried in butter , crushed garlic , chopped chilli , salt n pepper and a little chopped parsley
