Those flood lights are rip offs, and 5 watters cost too much atm. I have a vert set up, and I'm trying to think of the most efficient way of doing this. I think that 10" aluminum square heatsink, from Steve's, on top of my socket would be awesome. Then, I'd have the cord to worry about. I need to find a formula for watt/heat/spacing.
I only plan on using 4 on the square. The aluminum tube is 1/8' thick. I could use individual heatsinks, along with the tube, to insure my cord doesn't get to warm. That's an extra 15$ I don't want to spend. Hell, buy the time I get my shit from China town, there might be something else on the market.
