TY c, you and I don't agree on politics, but it's refreshing the "that's racist" crowd is dwindling.

I am stubborn about my views admittedly. I made a career choice a long time ago to help people regain their prior level of function they had before some incident. What I learned, and had to learn the hard way through trial and error is that the more I do for people, the less they do for themselves. The best results come when I provide encouragement and proper tools.

The wrong tools, the wrong instructions or telling someone they can't is the worst disservice I can do. Soooooooooo, when I see us defining insanity, I want to shake us collectively as a country and say we are doing it wrong. It frustrates me when people put politics above all else so I get testy at times. I have a severe dislike for people who look at another group of people and say "you need our help, you can't do it without us". It's the height of arrogance.

This = under Obamacare, if you don't comply, you will be fined, refusal to pay fines has historically resulted in jail time..

That = Obama has said he won't enforce the penalty for noncompliance. Therefore, how can the thing be propped up.

In all seriousness, can someone explain to me about the ACA fines. That is a good question, what does happen if you don't pay the fine? Is it a tax? Failure to pay tax usually leads to garnered wages or jail. Does the same hold true for failure to pay the ACA fine?
