Quit being a punk and answering your own test questions.
Put up or shut up, little boy that cried racism.
what are you talking about, geezer?Yes, you already made up your mind before hand.
That is called pre judging and makes you prejudice
The simple truth is that it is theirs. Unless you conducted all your buisness in dimes from the treasury instead of notes from the fed.The irs calls the portion of our income we keep as "tax expenditures." In other words, the irs operates under the assumption that every dime we earn is theirs and we are allowed to keep some of it by virtue of their benevolence.
That kind of rubs me the wrong way.
If you were paid with gold nuggets pulled out of the ground, and never cashed them in, you would still be required to cash a portion of them in, and send it to the IRS, and the gold nuggets you kept would be called a tax expenditure. The simple truth is that it is theirs. Unless you conducted all your buisness in dimes from the treasury instead of notes from the fed.
Gold nuggets pulled from are neither lawful money nor legal tender....I thought you said you went to law school? If you were paid with gold nuggets pulled out of the ground, and never cashed them in, you would still be required to cash a portion of them in, and send it to the IRS, and the gold nuggets you kept would be called a tax expenditure.
The fact we use federal reserve notes is irrelevant to that terminology.
We call it the welfare state. It isnt his money he is spending...

Not this again. The First Judiciary Act says something about a common law remedy that has to do with ships and ship-related things. It cannot possibly have anything to do with anything else, as we have discussed previously at length.Gold nuggets pulled from are neither lawful money nor legal tender....I thought you said you went to law school?
The irs is the collection agency of the fed.
The first judiciary act id's the right to common law remedy where common law is competent.
12usc411 preserves the right to redeem a fed note....at this moment...right now.
The definition of redemption is to remove the obligation.
Where is the competence in traffic court to give a common law remedy?
You went to law school....remind me...is traffic court an article III court and thus, competent?
dude, these are the people who take fox news at face value..Not this again. The First Judiciary Act says something about a common law remedy that has to do with ships and ship-related things. It cannot possibly have anything to do with anything else, as we have discussed previously at length.
thank you, i will look into EIC@ schuylarr
When you file taxes consider something.
On top of your opportunity tax credit, there is the earned income credit.
If you haven't worked, just say you worked somewhere for cash. Don't report a lot of income. Maybe 6k total.
You will then get another few hundred dollars for free.
Not sure how or if this will impact your other tax credits, so ask your preparer how a few k of cash income would affect your return. Should get you a few hundred more.
a meme? sad, you haven't figured it out yet
I know right? Remember this link? Or are you glossing as you did before? Lol, lets not do this here, I don't have it in me tonight. Not this again.
