Yes, you already made up your mind before hand.
That is called pre judging and makes you prejudice
what are you talking about, geezer?

you made some snide remark about obamaphone, i commended you for letting your racist flag fly, and then justified my belief using a mountain of academic research.

stupid sock puppet.

The irs calls the portion of our income we keep as "tax expenditures." In other words, the irs operates under the assumption that every dime we earn is theirs and we are allowed to keep some of it by virtue of their benevolence.

That kind of rubs me the wrong way.
The simple truth is that it is theirs. Unless you conducted all your buisness in dimes from the treasury instead of notes from the fed.

If you were paid with gold nuggets pulled out of the ground, and never cashed them in, you would still be required to cash a portion of them in, and send it to the IRS, and the gold nuggets you kept would be called a tax expenditure.

The fact we use federal reserve notes is irrelevant to that terminology.

Gold nuggets pulled from are neither lawful money nor legal tender....I thought you said you went to law school?

The irs is the collection agency of the fed.

The first judiciary act id's the right to common law remedy where common law is competent.
12usc411 preserves the right to redeem a fed note....at this moment...right now.
The definition of redemption is to remove the obligation.

Where is the competence in traffic court to give a common law remedy?
You went to law school....remind me...is traffic court an article III court and thus, competent?

We call it the welfare state. It isnt his money he is spending...

I am afraid it is too. It certainly is not ours. We work, produce and thus generate bonds that are sold on our behalf....to the fed....for notes
..that enjoy legal tender status....and not lawful money status.

May I pay taxes with a bond? If I give a silver dollar to the tax man....how much tax credit do I receive?

Are we objecting to the fundamental s of this?
Are we asking to see the contract binding us to this?
We are not....we are simply complaining at the result of it all.

When you file taxes consider something.

On top of your opportunity tax credit, there is the earned income credit.

If you haven't worked, just say you worked somewhere for cash. Don't report a lot of income. Maybe 6k total.

You will then get another few hundred dollars for free.

Not sure how or if this will impact your other tax credits, so ask your preparer how a few k of cash income would affect your return. Should get you a few hundred more.

I'm not playing games with you.
You called me a racist.
Back up your allegations punk!
I think you are not playing games but we are. So, you need to go find the rules here. And if you find that book, let up know OK? Oh, until then, everything here is just as it seems in your regular life. Did you believe me??? :) HINT, the is through a looking glass. This is Wonderland.

We are pretty sure no such thing as rules, exist, beyond the hand waving of certain mods and certain death for certain posts. . So, how do you think you get a worthy post counts? Regulating chumps, is how.

It is a grand game, you are only playing on the Chump side, right now. Maybe Buck doesn't like hints for noobs.

But, I think it makes the prey more tasty. :)

Not this again. ;-) The First Judiciary Act says something about a common law remedy that has to do with ships and ship-related things. It cannot possibly have anything to do with anything else, as we have discussed previously at length.

FirstJudiciaryAct said:
SEC. 9. And be it further enacted, That the district courts shall have, exclusively of the courts of the several States, cognizance of all crimes and offences that shall be cognizable under the authority of the United States, committed within their respective districts, or upon the high seas; where no other punishment than whipping, not exceeding thirty stripes, a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars, or a term of imprisonment not exceeding six months, is to be inflicted; and shall also have exclusive original cognizance of all civil causes of admiralty and maritime jurisdiction, including all seizures under laws of impost, navigation or trade of the United States, where the seizures are made, on waters which are navigable from the sea by vessels of ten or more tons burthen, within their respective districts as well as upon the high seas; saving to suitors, in all cases, the right of a common law remedy, where the common law is competent to give it; and shall also have exclusive original cognizance of all seizures on land, or other waters than as aforesaid, made, and of all suits for penalties and forfeitures incurred, under the laws of the United States. And shall also have cognizance, concurrent with the courts of the several States, or the circuit courts, as the case may be, of all causes where an alien sues for a tort only in violation of the law of nations or a treaty of the United States. And shall also have cognizance, concurrent as last mentioned, of all suits at common law where the United States sue, and the matter in dispute amounts, exclusive of costs, to the sum or value of one hundred dollars. And shall also have jurisdiction exclusively of the courts of the several States, of all suits against consuls or vice-consuls, except for offences above the description aforesaid. And the trial of issues in fact, in the district courts, in all causes except civil causes of admiralty and maritime jurisdiction, shall be by jury.

Fox news makes me sick half the time also.

I have never been one to blame someone for taking something that was offered, never.
