Just do what's right for the kid and go without for however long it takes for them to get shit straightened out.

because in most states(and I don't know which he is in) a grow of that size is still a misdemeanor.

combined with the mitigating circumstance of severe back pain it would likely be only a misdemeanor offense.

Well I leave of with this,IF I had a kid,I sure wouldn't be doing anything that could potentially have them taken from me.

There's good parenting,and there's bad parenting.

Kids always come first,not the parents.

ok man i get your point, but i kinda draw the line you calling me a bad parent. if you only had a fucking clue of what me and my wife go threw on a daily basis, what weve had to endure. because of this. yes he is my kid and dispite the question asked he does come first Ie; the question. im trying to make the best outa this man. and obviously youve never had nerve damage from a shattered vertabra before... I know you havent beause you wouldnt be singing the same tune.. with out narcotics. theres a huge differance between useing cannibas as a medication to control pain, and to handle my bipolar symptoms. than smoking to get high with your buddies while playing x box...
honestly im not looking forward to the multiple suicide attempts because of the pain... thats why this is such a hard descion. and if you bothered to read some of the response's that i wrote back. they tell you that i know that im most likly gonna stop till a further time. but if theres a way to make it completly stealth and so no one would expect,, then i might make the consideration... but i just love how people judge with out knowing the whole story bro.. i know kids come first. but dont tell someone to nut the fuck up with out knowing the deal... ive been threw surgery, nerve root burning, shots , and narcotics upon narcotics, and thats just so i can fget the fuck up outa bed. cannibas is the only thing that takes the pain away so i dont cut my fucking wrists.
now i ask you is a the question so horrible now that you have a slight clue.... its a question.

I don't smoke and get high and play xbox with friends.I'm 32 years old and smoke to relieve ticks from tourettes syndrome,calm my ADHD,equal out my manic depression a.k.a. Bipolarism,and pain in my lower lumbar and left eye from a very bad car accident from 15 years ago where I broke the sterring wheel,dashboard and windshield with my face and broke the gear shift off with my right knee.I had to have my left eye pulled out of the socket (before it popped out) to stop the hemmoraging,my nose sewed back up because it got basically filleted open,etc!

Currently I cannot medicate due to legal issues,but you know what,I just do with out.

I do really appreciate every ones comments and concerns, and i do appreciate the people that arnt trying to scold me for asking a simple question. and thank you for the honest opinions with out scrutney.
this descion isnt easy to make as ive stated in the previous posts, and im just looking for options, and ill weigh them when the time comes. i have no idea when they will even make the appointment for these people. to come out. and honestly with my own mental conditions i might be able to hold um off for a little longer. and i know that sounds horrible. that i would prevent people from comming that could help my kid, but heres the deal. this is the 3rd time theve done this. and they dont help shit, all they do is show you videos and tell you how to do things, that most times dont work. we know weve tryed everything. oh and heres the kicker. there just gonna keep telling us that he needs to go to a mental hospital, and even thou it would probly be the ultimite best thing for him... but we as good parents feel that it would tramatise him to the point that itd do damage...
so with that i wanna thank everyone for the awsome response that ive gotten. and im still looking for set up ideas. and ways to do this.. so keep the ideas comming

I hear you, I don't put too much trust in my doctor, the medical industries or the hospitals either or my government for that matter, you just do the best you can for him and make sure he is loved, no hospital can match that

it sucks when people assume things doesnt it... but yet now that i know your history a little. can you take rx drugs for your problems? I havent found in over 20 medication combos, something that doesnt make me violent and sucicidal... in head meds.... and pain meds have left me with holes the size of galf balls in my stomach. so i cant take um no more.... i can get a medical card for cannibas in my state soon enough. but i cant give up my drivers license to obtain a legal permit to use... i have t many appointments to make for my kid that im obviously a bad parent to.... ive given it up many times before, but all my drs agree that its the best thing for me at the moment. thats why this is difficult. bro i dont mean to call ya out but you kinda fliped a switch calling me a bad parent, you have no clue what i do for my kids... i just dont think its to much to ask to be outa pain and not wanna kill my self on a daily basis. cause thats just gonna affect the kid just as negitively as the things youve stated in the other posts... and beleive it or not i do value your opinion weather i like them or not... but please dont be so judgmental... as youve stated you got some ogf the same difficultys... look within your self and youll know what i face...

the thing is op. the caseworker is there for your kid. He won't be looking to bust you. I've had things like that @ my place in the past. It worried me @ first too.

don't sweat it bro. Just get yourself a good filter/fan combo and don't do any trimming before they come. You'll be good.

and if you are still worried cook some bacon or barbeque like someone suggested.

cover smells will do what you need for sure for any errant smell...which shouldn't be a problem anyway with the filter/fan and a good neg. pressure.

don't worry about cracka bro. I received a couple pms and rep regarding his pigheaded ways

Just kidding. In reality having it behind a locked door is a brilliant idea. Child's access being limited is a good idea period.
