Marinading in a vinaigrette (EVO and White wine vinegar) with parsley, basil, and thyme, and old school mustard.
Gonna do some fingerling potatoes, and some carrots maybe? Not sure yet.

i mix vegan cream cheese with vegan sour cream and salsa and a bit of seasoning, spead it on the bottom , add more salsa , fresh lettuce, tomatos, avocados, black olives and green onions, and top it with shredded vegan cheeseI put waaaayyy too much dressing on the salad, lol. How do you make your taco dip? I take it you leave out the ground beef? lol I amke a mean 7 layer dip with guac, and some other stuff!
